Tomato Tortellini Soup 1 pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini (9 ounces) 2 cans condensed tomato soup (10 3/4 oz) (I use Progresso Tomato Basil) 2 cups vegetable broth 2 cups 2% milk 2 cups half/half 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried basil (only if you don’t use the Tomato Basil soup) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1. Cook tortellini according to the package 2. In large pan, combine the soup, broth,milk, half/half and seasonings. Heat thoroughly, stirring often. 3. Drain tortellini and add to soup, stir in parmesan cheese 4. Sprinkle each serving with additional parmesan cheese if you desire. Makes 10 serving
